Individual Therapy 

Parenting teens brings on new challenges in family life and can feel overwhelming. Teens are not quite adults, yet they don’t need us the same way younger children do. Guiding teens through their ups and downs can feel like you are riding their roller coaster. In individual therapy, I provide a safe space to help you navigate and cope with  these struggles. 

 

Individual therapy is offered in person at the Dynamic Discoveries office (2639 Wooster Rd. Rocky River, OH 44116) or virtually through a Hippa compliant platform. 

 

Book Discussion Group

Parenting teens today is challenging. Navigating the normal ups and downs of adolescent emotions, friendships and hectic schedules can feel overwhelming. In this discussion group, parents will read a book related to parenting adolescents or adolescent issues and discuss with the support and facilitation of a licensed therapist.
