Individual Therapy

Today’s teens face many challenges from peer pressure to academic pressure, body image, anxiety, depression and isolation. During individual therapy sessions, I provide a space for teens and young adults to heal from trauma, depression and anxiety, in addition to the general stresses of life. I join in their journey as I create a safe, nurturing space to make healthy choices in their life. 

 

Individual therapy is offered in person at the Dynamic Discoveries office (2639 Wooster Rd. Rocky River, OH 44116) or virtually through a Hippa compliant platform.

Group Therapy

Feeling alone in your experience can feel isolating. Knowing that others are going through similar struggles as you can be supportive and empowering. Group therapy allows teens to learn and explore new ways of looking at and coping with their challenges with the support of a licensed therapist and peers with similar concerns. 

 

Groups are limited to 8 participants and are offered at the office in Rocky River (Address: 2639 Wooster Rd. Rocky River, OH 44116).

Navigating the School Year with Confidence

As the school year is in full swing, you may notice your teen struggling or simply coasting. As demands continue to pile on our teens, there is no question that our girls are struggling with confidence and self-esteem. In this 6 week group, girls age 13-18 will learn key strategies to build confidence and practice taking healthy risks as well as ways to cope with disappointment when things don’t go as they planned or hoped.
